Job Responsibilities

Provide on-site leadership, support and integration for Silfex regarding equipment and spares demand, product group and CSBG engineering projects, RPM new part requirements, productivity escalations and supply chain support.  Provide active partnership and support to the Supplier Material and Technology group. Work directly with Fremont and Silfex based materials planning group on parts forecast changes. Provide critical input to the Silfex leadership team to shape business and operational capability and direction.

Other Job Responsibilities

Support the technical liaison between Fremont and Eaton for:

• New products / process
• Material qualification and POR change
• Assess Silfex Design Review (DR) readiness
• Own and execute escalation related processes and actions for Silfex products as defined in Supply Materials and Technology procedures and business processes.  
• Provide on-site leadership of root cause and corrective action activity required for Silfex related escalations and excursions.  Work with Lam and Silfex teams to drive these issues to completion
• Provide support to Supplier Materials and Technology for PR closure and POR audits.
• Supports assigned Silfex product and process improvement projects to target cost reduction and/or new product features
• Build and sustain an active network of key stakeholders in the product groups, CSBG, Pilot Manufacturing group, Supply Materials and Technology, Global Supply Management and other key groups to understand and define key needs in order to advise the Silfex leadership team.
•  Travel to Silfex to work onsite with across all functions to stay current with and provide input on business and operational capability, direction and status

Minimum Qualification

• BS in engineering, MBA desirable, excellent program management, presentation and technical skills.
• 5 + years applicable experience.
• Familiarity with semiconductor or high-technology supply management practices, standards and organizations. Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Experience in machining highly desired.
• Proven ability to gain partnerships and excel on a cross-functional team with sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and reliability engineers as well as procurement, finance, and product support.
• Experience with ERP software and SAP highly desirable
