What You’ll Do

The Director of Digital Transformation – Applications, primary responsibility is to lead Technology and Solution Delivery for Lam’s Digital Transformation initiative. The role will also be responsible to manage the implementation of solutions across various application platforms and deliver highly integrate end-to end system capabilities to enhance business values.

This individual’s principal goals are to work within a matrixed organization reporting to the digital transformation office and collaborating with the key application teams in ensuring right platform selection, design and quality solutions, for the implementation of the next generation business processes at Lam.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• 15 plus years of experience in a leadership role managing applications.
• Solid knowledge of business process as it relates to manufacturing.
• 10 plus years’ experience with SAP and at least one end to end S4 implementation.
• Advanced understanding of cloud architecture and prior experience in leading cloud transformation programs.
• Advanced understanding of security frameworks, products, and platforms, especially relating to cloud applications.
• Excellent communicator – written and verbal. Able to effectively communicate status, design and approach with management/business sponsors/product managers.
• Experience managing global transformation initiatives comprising multiple application platforms.
• Experience managing system integrators and 3rd party vendors to delivery large ERP programs.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
