Job Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and test operations of newly developed and highly complex semiconductor equipment. 
  • Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the operation of the equipment in order to improve the quality and up time of tool.
  • Works closely with engineers to resolve issues related to new feature introduction such as manufacturability, form, fit, function, documentation issues, technical discrepancies, and troubleshoot advanced semiconductor process equipment, while engaging with engineering.
  • Performs assembly and testing associated operations, using mechanical drawings, technical work instructions, and electrical schematics.
  • Use sophisticated programs and diagnostic equipment to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct real time adjustments to products, instruments or equipment

Other Job Responsibilities

  • Maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of Lam Research deposition tools
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of Lam Research Etch tools.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor vacuum systems
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, controls documentation, and P&ID.
  • Familiar with MS Excel and Power Point

Minimum Qualifications

  • AA/AS in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
  • Typically, does not require a B.S. in Engineering.
  • 3+ years’ experience
