Job Responsibilities

This job requires you to apply your depth of full stack development knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with many stakeholders and global teams daily to stay focused on common goals. Responsibilities include software design and development of new features, while applying best-practices to improve usability and performance of the software. Perform UX research to obtain user feedback and improve products.  Provide technical expertise in assessing potential solutions  to meet customer needs and prepare detailed technical specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Document Technical Architecture and solution design
• Clearly articulate trade off analysis for the solution options and recommend the most optimum solution for implementation
• Accurately implement full stack software solution for the stated requirements leveraging .Net, Angular, SQL, Python, other programming languages
• Has a good understanding of business functions and system interfaces
• Perform hands-on process design, solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects
• Acts as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and vendor to drive systems implementations
• Conduct and support offshore development team for system implmentations
• Perform fit/gap analysis: as-is vs to-be

Minimum Qualifications

• Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology, running SQL queries for data mining and analysis, keen to learn new systems and technologies
• 7+ year experience using HTML, CSS and JavaScript and its language extensions.
• 7+ year experience in UI/UX software Web development using Angular
• 5+ years of Programming; 3+ years of Solution Design and Architecture experience required
• Ability to support older technologies with expertise in ,net, qlik, sql
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. 
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Industry certifications in technical areas
• Experience with Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Maven, Jenkins
• Experience with full stack development, design and review
• Experience in working on big data applications
