Job Responsibilities
- Support and take the ownership of field escalation related to semiconductor wafer fabrication process and productivity on Etch Systems
- Coordinate project, demo and process development, improved productivity, and resolve chamber matching issue
- Provide technical guide to Regional Product Support and train on-site on first in fab product line
- Review and release documentation of upgrade, process improvement, product specification
- Analyze field data, drive the solution path with correction actions, part's quality failure analysis
- Requires on-site support for critical project, escalation, and first in fab installation
- Must be able to travel up to 25% internationally to customer sites
Other Job Responsibilities
- Presentation in escalation meeting
- Leadership and mentoring on projects with cross functional groups
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Degree or Master's degree in Science or Engineering - Electrical, Chemical, Materials or Physics or related field
- Minimum 10 years of semiconductor experience on Etch system
- Experience in Etch process and productivity, strong customer interface
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lam Etch products on 2300 system, Stripper, Clean
- Working experience on customer management, good communication skill, and working in cross function group
