Job Responsibilities

This role is the primary interface between the internal Customer Services Business Group (CSBG) and IT. The role is responsible for the relationship with CSBG, the delivery of projects and commitments, and the communication/management of service level agreements and operational health as it relates to the CSBG. The person filling this roll is the program manager that will be working day to day with the business group management as well as the execution teams. The role manages and prioritizes the project work streams and the day to  day operational activities. They provide budget analysis, resource allocation, and coordination of activities that may be across functional areas within the organization. Closely collaborates with the GIS teams and other business groups to ensure architectural, strategic, and operational alignment. Provides extensive GIS domain expertise coupled with business process experience to deliver value added solutions often times embedded or part of CSBG cross functional teams. 

Other Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning and managing all project and operational activities bewteen IT and CSBG, including multiple and/or cross-functional application development, maintenance, and enhancement projects. 
  • Responsible for operational metrics and SLAs. Delivers regular reports, at multiple levels of the organization, on health and performance of IT services and the GIS relationship with CSBG. 
  • Assists CSBG with Vendor Managmenet for joint programs. 
  • Responsible for identifing internal customer information requirements and seeks opportunities to build solutions and systems that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies.  Also, will assess impacts to other data and systems, consider available technologies, compare costs and benefits, and recommend solutions, based on input from management, Architecture Council, etc.
  • Develop BU IS strategies in concert with Business Units objectives. 
  • Develop BU IS architecture/roadmaps based on Strategic Capabilities required, Corporate IS standards and IS Architecture. 
Minimum Qualification
  • PMM certified or comparable experience (3 – 5 years)
  • Ability to provide technical coordination and management of development and/or implementation projects in area of expertise. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • A balanced mix of skills – driver and facilitator, visionary and doer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of management
  • Experience conducting presentations and training
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills 
Preferred Qualification
  • Customer Services and Field operation business unit domain know how, semiconductor experience a plus
  • Experience with enterprise applications/systems/processes such as SAP, Portal, Content management, CRM, FSM etc. as well as collaboration solutions such as SharePoint
  • Track record of successfully managing medium to large size programs (5+ years)
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience extracting information from data
  • Strong negotiation/communication executive presentation skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of management in a culturally diverse company
  • Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others (peers, Lam internal customers and Lam executives) in sensitive situations
  • Demonstrate strong team leadership skills.
