  • Perform regular worldwide installed base analysis on equipment performance to benchmark best in class performance and identify the highest priority and common problems
  • Identify hardware/software/configuration attributes driving benchmark performance and drive proliferation across the global installed base
  • Partner with product groups to deliver solutions through alignment and prioritization of highest priority and most common installed base issues
  • Drive monthly equipment performance field reviews and ensure effective solutions are provided for problems of diverse scope that will have a positive impact on performance
  • Identify key performance issues impacting installed base performance that are not being appropriately resourced and / or addressed and escalate accordingly
  • Understand productivity improvements available by customer site and align with AT / region and business development on product improvement and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure that appropriate trouble-shooting/problem solving and support tools and procedures are developed and maintained
  • Enhance future product development by ensuring productivity solutions are driven forward into N+1 product development
  • Provide design input through validation of continuous improvement projects and testing maintainability of new designs
  • Provide engineering and project management support to field and technical support engineers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and/or complex software



  • Bachelor degree in a technical field such as EET, MET, EE, or ME
  • 8+ years related technical experience on Semiconductor Capital Equipment including time in customer fabrication facilities
  • Strong data analysis skills based on a variety of data sources
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills required
  • Strong influencing / negotiation skills
  • Good technical writing and documentation skills required.
  • Good project management skills required
  • Experience with Enterprise Software systems and productivity tools (e.g. MS Office, SAP and IE)
