Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational and financial execution of the CSBG Service product line
• In collaboration with Finance, oversee the financial planning process that supports the development of the CSBG Service P&L
• Partner with Business Development, Account and Global Operations teams to drive revenue, margin objectives for all Service business segments
• In collaboration with all key stakeholders, responsible for the successful execution of all key accountability reviews as part of the Lam management system
• Ensure that all major business processes supporting the operational and financial objectives of the Service product line are effective and efficient. Identify process gaps and develop plans to address them
• Accountable for business compliance for internal and external regulatory requirements, including booking, backlog and responses to customers audits when required
• Ensure that the needs and interests of the CSBG Service Product Line are represented within Lam
• Collaborate effectively across the Lam organizational matrix to achieve the committed business objectives of the Service Product Line

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, finance or related fields
• 5-8 years of experience in relevant roles in mid-large size companies
• Strong business and analytical skills and effective understanding of financial and operational processes and systems.
• Experienced in developing business processes and systems to track, manage, report financial and operational KPIs for a global organization
• Ability to collaborate, influence, communicate effectively and build relationships across a complex matrixed organization

Salary and Benefits

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $101,000- $220,000.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
