HR Business Partner GCO and CSBG      

Reporting to the Sr. Director/HR Business Partner for the Customer Support Business Group (CSBG) and Global Customer Operation (GCO) corporate functions; you will be the HR Business Partner for a subset of the CSBG organization.  You will also have responsibility for HR related projects supporting the GCO and CSBG organizations.

Job Duties Include:

  • Consulting on Employee Relations and Performance issues
  • Providing Recruiting, Onboarding, and Assimilation support
  • Managing focal review and compensation processes for client groups
  • Consulting with your clients to help identify and address organizational needs, including coaching and development of employees and managers
  • Engaging with employees and managers on HR related questions and issues
  • Ensuring client groups are in legal compliance and are acting within Lam Core Values
  • Supporting implementation of corporate initiatives requiring HR knowledge and skills. E.g. employee engagement surveys and compensation/benefit changes
  • Analyzing HR data and related insights derived from that data to manager and clients as needed 

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (HR Degree Preferred) and 5+ years of related HR Experience
  • Ability to effectively influence others – especially those at executive levels
  • Strong communication skills – 1:1, group facilitation, mediation, presentations, written…
  • Ability to multi-task and still meet deliverables on time and at high quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment
  • Business Acumen
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and then provide key messages and next step recommendations based on that analysis
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Demonstrated systems capability including Microsoft Office and HR system
