PROJECT MANAGEMENT We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage the execution of cable projects for Lam product lines across multiple platforms. The Project Engineer will organize cross-functional weekly meetings with Program Managers, Cross-functional engineering groups, and Engineering Managers to identify resources for implementation, track and update task status, and plan for on-time execution.

 

Run weekly cross-functional team meeting to review detailed status of ongoing cable projects

Manage each cable project from start to finish

Facilitate engineering discussions to achieve end goals and deliverables

Enforce Design Reviews on new cable designs as required

Track the execution of detailed tasks by maintaining Excel task tracker with overall schedule, detailed working status, design review dates and links, Engineering owners, etc..

Create weekly status reports (and other routine ones as required) on agreed-upon metrics

Assist PMO and Systems engineering to define project scope and drive meetings as required

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and engineering projects or programs in the semiconductor capital equipment (or similar) industry

Bachelor’s Degree minimum

Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office
