Looking for a local intern that can start right away and can work during the school year! Great opportunity to gain some exposure in the industry while attending school. Preference is for a Freshman or Sophmore obtaining a BS, in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, physics, or related field.

 

  • Clean room lab wafer measurements, chemical titration, and bench experiments
  • Data analysis (wafer and tool)
  • Assist in Developing new or modified process formulations
  • Performing professional process engineering research, design, development, modification, and evaluation in support of the company’s complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems
  • Defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors.
  • Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
  • Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
  • May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in resist strip, clean, and plasma etch processes.
  • A Freshman or Sohmore obtaining a BS, in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, physics, or related field
  • The position requires familiarity with wet clean laboratory operations and data analysis
  • The candidate may be required to assist engineers with data analysis in MS Excel, and prepare data summaries in MS PowerPoint
  • The candidate will be trained to perform titrations, and measure wafer film thicknesses and particles.
  • Evidence of strong analytical, problem solving, influence, teamwork, business partnering, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The ability to work and deliver results in dynamic cross-functional, team orientated environment
  • Knowledge in process development and interest in the semiconductor industry
  • A genuine interest in advanced technology and an on-going desire to learn
