Program Manager 6

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process/product support technology, mechanical/electrical systems. Previous experience in the semiconductor equipment industry is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications

Candidate must have- 

• Command of project/program management and scheduling tools,
• Clear and thorough communications skills,
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Ability to drive decisions,
• Ability to work well with a wide range of personalities and skills sets.
• Comfort with executive level interaction and communication
• Ability to see the big picture and grasp complex interconnections, 
• Self-drive with a bias for action
