Job Responsibilities


This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Order Fulfillment for CSBG and Remote Factories.

Job Functions/Duties included but not limited to

  • Creates and Manages Capacity Plans for Remote Factories
  • Ensure standard product lead times are adhered to via monitoring product material and manufacturing router lead times.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations on setting scheduling priorities
  • Proactively analyzes sales forecast to identify risk to schedules due to capacity constraints; works with factory head to plan proper capacity for facilities and head count
  • Works with Master Scheduling to maintain product routers and facilitate product transitions between factories
  • Assist with monthly Executive Factory Output Reporting updates
  • Support business process improvement initiatives including documentation and implementation of new policies
Minimum Qualification
  • 5 + years’ industry experience in Master Scheduling and/or Capacity Planning
  • High level proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and SAP
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to operate independent of day to day supervision
  • Direct experience leading cross functional teams
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
