The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking a QA Lead to ensure the highest quality of CRM releases for our Dynamics 365 CRM application and Knowledge Management systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in QA automation, experience with global teams, and knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jira.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-end QA planning and execution.
  • Participate in requirements definition, design walkthroughs, and project meetings.
  • Lead System and Integration testing and Use Acceptance Testing.
  • Track and report QA metrics, and work with teams on continuous improvements.
  • Design, code, test, and implement automation test suites.
  • Automation of regression test suits all projects and connects with the CI/CD pipeline for on-demand execution through multiple channels.
  • Configure and monitor test environments, plan and execute creating test beds, and analyze performance issues.
  • Work with developers to triage issues and identify defect root cause.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of software industry experience with hands-on Quality experience.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with TDD and/or BDD, SQA processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, and experience writing test plans/procedures.
  • Familiarity with Scrum development, and experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, etc.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jira is a must.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Knowledge Management systems is a plus.

 Salary and Benefits

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $117,000.00 -  $259,000.00

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
