Job Responsibilities

  • Drive reliability growth of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
  • Lead reliability engineering work for from beginning to end in a product lifecycle
  • Determine reliability requirements of systems, subsystems, assemblies and critical parts
  • Manage reliability activities with cross functional teams to conduct FMEAs, failure analyses, and reliability block models
  • Work with internal departments and external vendors to develop reliability test and verification plans on subsystems or components
  • Perform reliability data analysis at system and part levels, report data, and highlight reliability results to cross functional teams

Other Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • An MS degree in reliability engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, industrial engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industry
  • >3 years of experience in Reliasoft S/W
  • Creation of reliability block models
  • Development of reliability test plans, such as accelerated life tests and HALT
  • Reliability data analysis, life data analysis/Weibull analysis
  • Data analytics and visualization
  • Minimum 100 hours conducting FMEAs
  • Experience teaching reliability concepts and methods to H/W and S/W engineers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven effectiveness working in matrixed organizations
