Senior Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Business Partners:

Must be able to interact well cross‐functionally within the group, across organizations, with the regions, product groups and GOps organizations. The ideal individual must exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.  Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Completes a broad variety of executive-level administrative activities for the Human Resource Business Partner community (GCO-CSBG, Products and Technology, GOps and Corporate Functions):
  • Manage meetings including meeting rooms, meals, and agenda. Manage calendars.   
  • Assure calendars/schedules are on track and well maintained, including planning and organizing internal meetings.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for executives. Coordinate with the Corporate Travel group and the regions with documentation needed for visa application, passport, and any other requirements for international travel
  • Manage, reconcile and submit expense reports for executives.
  • Provide support for special projects including analysis, research, analyzing problems and preparing reports.
  • Prepare Power Point Presentations.
  • Create and Manage Share Point Sites
  • Create and Manage Organization Charts.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including Lam executives.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Emotional maturity
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience supporting Executives in high tech industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint)
