Sr. Director of Business Development


  • Evaluates and manages new strategic & tactical business opportunities, initiatives, alliances and/or joint ventures. Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.  Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives. Helps defines vision, strategies, and tactics.
  • Develops ROI and customer value propositions
  • Collateral to support P&D
  • Owns customer identification and success criteria for beta, JDP, eval
  • Manages Demo priorities
  • Gathers Customer investment plans intelligence and communicates within CSBG
  • Competitor Information
  • Develops Market Sizing and market share models (by product) and targets per customer
  • Coordinates with Strategic Marketing
    Accountable for:
  • Product market share and margin
  • Booking forecast in timing and margin
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 - 15 years of related experience and 8+ years in mgmt. An advanced degree preferred.
