Position Overview:

The Technical Program Manager leads the cross functional team (CFT) through all aspects of Lam's Product Development and Release process for an etch product.  The CFT consists of mechanical and electrical engineers, product technologists, pilot manufacturing, supply chain, and many others.  The successful candidate will possess excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills.  The ability to work well with a wide range of personalities and skills sets is essential.  

What the successful candidate must have are, clear and thorough communications skills, strong problem solving and decision making skills, ability to see the big picture and grasp complex interconnections, and self drive “a bias for action”.

Additionally, the candidate will have demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:  mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process/product support technology, mechanical/electrical systems.   Previous experience in the semiconductor equipment industry is a must.  
 

 

Requirements:

Typically requires BS or equivalent. MS preferred. 10 - 15 years of related experience
