Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an HR Leader with broad business expertise with delivering solutions for organization capability to deliver successful business outcomes. The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner will join Lam’s HR Leadership team and be responsible for supporting and driving business objectives for the Corporate Functions.


This role will act as a strategic HR business partner for Lam’s Corporate Functions and people strategy development. These responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic HR plans that are aligned to Business Strategies/Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals.

 

  • Work in collaboration with Senior Executives and HR colleagues to set a vision, diagnose, architect and execute change within and across areas of Lam. 
  • Design, develop, align and implement HR programs and corporate initiatives.
  • Create value for the company by collaborating effectively across organization units and the industry ecosystem.
  • Think and act strategically and create differentiated value for customers.
  • Foster rigorous discussions and make decisions, hold everyone accountable for results, and scale operations.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to frame talent issues within the context of business imperatives.
  • Must possess a high degree of integrity, credibility and results orientation.
Other Job Responsibilities
  • Establish a strong partnership with Corporate Leaders (Finance, Legal, IT, Strategic Development, HR) and serve as a Sr. HR Business Partner leader in strategic support of the overall business objectives and strategic geo-vision. Focus areas will include employee engagement, succession planning, talent management, organizational design and effectiveness employee relations, recruitment and selection, compensation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and management to plan and develop initiatives that will support changes, implementations, strategic initiatives to ensure success with clients and maximize talent.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative solutions, to improve and implement processes, and programs working in close collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Create, articulate mid and long-term strategies for your team, in support of Quarterly Operating Reviews, Organization Audit, HR Programs and Annual Plans.  
  • Serve as HR for HR, leading the design and strategy for HR, as well as support engagement for HR.  One direct report.  
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of directly related HR experience required. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Licensure: SPHR Certification preferred
  • Relevant Work Experience: At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a Human Resources function. 6+ of those years in management or a strategic Human resources role.
