Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team in the CSBG SW & Advanced Services Global Product Support Group (GPS)
  • Resolve escalations related to the Advanced Services Products - Equipment Intelligence, data hub, etc.
  • Resolve chronic and systemic issues with the SW & Advanced Services Products
  • Provides service bulletins, 202 procedures, and documentation relating to SW & Advanced Services Products
  • Ensures the success of the system performance improvement programs, improve efficiency, prioritize content and improve onsite performance
  • Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering
  • Creates and provides the necessary training and certification to field personnel to enable support of the SW & Advanced Services Products
  • Ownership of Beta site, FIF Install/data collection/analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Provides troubleshooting guides and corrective actions to enable faster problem resolution and the prevention of repeat issues

Other Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics (or related field); or 8+ years’ experience with a Master's degree; or 5+ years’ experience with a PhD.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of semiconductor experience on Etch or Deposition systems, experience in Etch or Deposition process, productivity, SW products, strong customer interface
  • Knowledge of Lam 2300 Etch products or Deposition Products
  • Experienced with customer management, excellent communication skills, and working in cross function groups
