Job Responsibilities

Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees for Sense.i products. Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation. Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determine applicability of course material.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years related experience with a Bachelors Degree or 3 years and a Masters Degree, or a Ph.D. without any experience, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years’ experience semiconductor manufacturing processing equipment  
  • High level mechanical aptitude required
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of an audience
  • BS degree or an advanced degree in a technical discipline
  • Customer requirements for this onsite role include proof of full vaccination for COVID-19

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience working with semiconductor manufacturing processing equipment
  • Proven experience as a Technical Trainer
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
