Job Responsibilities

Responsible for driving large cross functional technical teams to enable solutions for Etch products in a leadership position.  Able to drive teams through strategic and tactical thinking, managing cross functional teams, taking actions, managing accountability through action closure, etc.  Familiar with program management principles (PMI cert preferred or equivalent).  Worked with various Product Development and Release (PDR) processes in the past and understands R&Rs of various CFT members throughout the product lifecycle.  Able to create and present clear presentations (presentation skills a must) to senior product group executives, prepare high level as well as detailed schedules, manage resource leveling, budgeting, well versed in risk assessment methodology and implementing mitigation planning, understand complex product option architectures, Engineering change management, detailed BOM/spreadsheet management, etc. and use problem solving and decision making processes to address project/org needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Project, Program Management tools
• Must be a self-starter and be able to operate independent of day to day supervision
• Direct experience leading large cross-functional teams
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
• 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking and attention to details for everyday tactical execution
• Excellent people and presentation skills
• Technical background, preferably in semiconductor industry and Etch equipment product knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Preferred
