Directs, leads and supervises a team of highly skilled Lab Service Engineers for Lam’s ALD/CVD Research and Development Lab. Manages team workloads, sets daily priorities and ensures work requests are executed per procedures. Orders and manages Lab critical parts inventory. Documents standard operating procedures and develops non-standard operating procedures for new systems. Plans installation of complex semiconductor systems and works with cross functional Facilities organization and contractors. Manages team skills development and career growth; maintains training matrix and evaluates individual performance. Manages safety policies and procedures, may establish new procedures to ensure compliance with all safety training requirements.

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electro-mechanical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Experience: Five (5) or more years in a lab environment, semiconductor experience preferred or

  • Technical Associate Degree or equivalent experience in applicable discipline such as Electrical Engineering/Electronic Technology • At least 10 years of applicable technical experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, independent judgement and problem-solving skills
  • People Management/People Leadership experience
