Job Responsibilities

Process Assistant/Technician will actively support process development and other R&D work carried out by Lam Research team at imec. The work will be performed in imec 300mm state-of-the-art cleanroom and will involve operation of various process and metrology tools used for device manufacturing which may include processes such as plasma etch, thin film deposition and associated metrology and inspection.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Supports Process Engineers in daily activities with preparation for wafer tests and data collection
• Operates processing equipment with use of recipes defined by engineering team
• Provides technical assistance to process development carried out by R&D team.
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering.

Minimum Qualification

• Certificate/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or Nanotechnology
• Must have at least 3 years cleanroom experience.
