Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with the IGAT CSBG Account Executive for CSBG P&Ds to meet / exceed account AOP objectives addressing the following:

  • Support system product sales to differentiate system (installed base and new penetrations) utilizing the breadth of the CSBG capabilities to ensure the best business outcome for Lam
  • Defend and manage spares business for the account utilizing business approaches such as:
    • Manage Cost Per Pass calculations for new system penetrations
    • Commit to source agreements and potentially associated rebates
    • Alternative, refurbished parts, etc
    • Analyze top spend by tool type to determine potential savings and or competitive risks
    • Participate in AOP forecasting processWork with CSBG Account Executive to penetrate CSBG Upgrade
    • Participate in AOP forecasting process

 

 

Other Job Responsibilities

Work with CSBG Account Executive to penetrate CSBG Upgrades

  • Identify system bottlenecks to determine potential upgrades that will improve productivity
  • Generate single page strategies to develop a sales plan
  • Market to the customer to demonstrate ROI, determination of success criteria, and negotiations with the customer
  • Manage initial upgrade to ensure success for follow on business
  • Interface with the Customer to ensure customer satisfaction of existing products is maintained
  • Develop customer relationships that lead to long term customer satisfaction and CSBG/AEPC business growth
  • Analyze customer data using statistical methods, define problem statement based on systematic problem solving methodology including methodical root cause analysis.

Good understanding of installed base fab performance and technical aspects of Lam tools required, to support spares and upgrades

Expectations include regular (almost daily) customer interactions managing account business.

 

Minimum Qualification

Qualifications: 

Minimum Education MS in Engineering - Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Materials or Physics, Computer Science or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in semiconductor experience on Deposition and Etch systems with customer fab experience.

Knowledge on Etch and or Dep Equipment, process engineering and Semiconductor fab operations.

Experience in process of product engineers driving etch / deposition CIP or with prior field roles supporting hardware and process duties.

Product Management, Business development or sales background preferred

Seeking candidates with work history demonstrating customer management, problem resolution and communication, business acumen and presentation skills.
