Job Responsibilities

• As Process Development Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex programs involving Lam technology in support of a leading-edge technology development center in Hillsboro, OR. 
• Responsibilities will include Management for a Process Engineering group involved with Etch to develop etch processes that meet customer performance specifications and assist with technology transfer to manufacturing sites. 
• In this role you will foster close collaboration and partnership with Product Group and customer. 
• Project Management responsibility for critical co-development projects throughout a matrixed process support organization, coordinating Field and Product Group resources globally.
• You will align Lam technology roadmaps with customers’ and facilitate effective field support for Beta site and first-generation Lam systems for future technology nodes.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Successful candidates in this role have deep technical understanding of advanced plasma etch processes and well-developed interpersonal skills to manage team member growth and development, and influence external and internal customers. 
• Candidates should have management and etch experience. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 18+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 15+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 11+ years experience; or equivalent experience
