The Group You’ll Be A Part Of

The Customer Support Business Group (CSBG) focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. 

 

The Impact You’ll Make

As an Operations Analyst in CSBG, you will play a pivotal role in supporting programs to enhance the efficiency of our Field Service organization and improve our install base accuracy. This person will be responsible supporting our Global Field Operations business process and systems support which enable our Field Service Engineers to create orders, order parts, and charge time. This role involves navigating SAP service orders, maintaining equipment records, and providing timely responses to internal and external questions.

What You’ll Do

  • Effectively find and export SAP data and combine data from multiple sources 
  • Ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights and presents the findings to the business users for informed decision making 
  • Update and maintain data accuracy within SAP business systems
  • Navigate installed base records
  • Create and maintain equipment records
  • Interact closely with internal customers, understanding their issues, and guiding them within the boundaries of the business process
  • Monitor and respond to user transactional issues promptly
  • Resolve timecard issues and modify timecards for management exceptions

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years working experience in SAP, Field Service, Order Mgmt./Fulfillment, or Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong data analysis experience extracting databases and using Office 365  
  • Knowledge of SAP systems (SAP ECC T-Codes & Navigation) 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP or MS Dynamics experience (FSM, CS, PM or SD) 
  • Familiarity with SAP install base, equipment records, and service orders
  • Experience in field service operations or similar roles
