The Group You’ll Be A Part Of

 

The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

 

The Impact You’ll Make

Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders. Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprisewide systems.

What You’ll Do

  1. 1. Customer Emergency Service Level (ESL)
    1)    Plan for every parts to meet customer ESL KPI.
    2)    Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action for all ESL missed case.
    3)    Routine report and customer meeting to transform Voice of Customer (VOC) to Action Plan on Planning.
  2. Spares Parts Forecast Accuracy  
    1)    Consolidate historical demand, Install Base, FSE/customer field data, production ramp & Quality Yield Rate to maintain parts Forecast.
    2)    Operate Lam MRP SAP and MRT backend Spare Parts Management (SPM).
  3. Spares Parts Inventory
    1)    Optimize TW Spares Inventory to meet Customer Satisfaction & Corporate Turn Goal.
    2)    Optimize customer consign location Inventory to meet Customer Satisfaction & Consign Turn Goal.
    3)    Inventory Forecast and Planning in response to customer ramp & business trend.
  4. Spares Parts Planning for new fab, new tool and new depot.
  5. Connection with Global Planner and Supply Chain team to fix Supply to Demand imbalance.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor degree or above (IE degree preferred)
2. Well English writing and speaking skills
3. Microsoft skills (ppt, excel, access, word)
4. Familiar with MRP and Spares Parts Forecast system (SAP and SPM system preferred). 
5. Over 3 years’ Spares or After-Market Service Parts Planning or Management experience
7. Problem-solving skill and report analysis skills
8. Program managements skills
9. will do / can do attitude to challenging task
