Sr Director, Reliant 2300 Business Development and Product Marketing

Drive the Reliant 2300 Etch business in Asia, particularly focusing on the high growth areas of China and Taiwan.  Responsible for setting and meeting Reliant 2300 Etch revenue, gross margin and profitability targets in Asia.  Work with the US-based Reliant Etch counterparts to manage the product portfolio, including product roadmaps, lifecycle and acquisition recommendations.

  • Knowledge of Lam products

The ideal candidate will have an MS or Ph.D. in chemical engineering or related fields and 10 years or equivalent experience in integrated circuit etch processes.  Fluency in Mandarin a plus.


Business Development

Execute product market share and profitability objectives in Asia

Single product deal/contract review and approval in Asia

Primary Reliant Etch interface to CSBG Asian field personnel and customers

Primary Asian Reliant Etch interface to CSBG Marketing & BD

Secure beta sites in Asia and negotiate customer beta agreements

Competitive technical benchmarking from Asian customers

Manage product strategy based on Asian customer trends and needs

Define and manage Product Option Architecture based on Asian customer trends and needs

Product specific Training for Asian sales teams

Product Marketing:

Define the Asia-specific needs for Product Roadmaps for Key Reliant Etch Products

Develop Market Requirements Statements and Business Plans

Maintain product collateral

Collect and interpret competitive intelligence

Align with the Etch Product Group on product strategy
