Job Responsibilities
Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
1. Coordinate customer executive meetings & messages
2. Funding project management - System and Customer Service Business Group (CSBG)
3. Optimize account Direct Field Services (DFS) resource utilization and comply with labor law: Ensure the execution of DFS certification plans
4. Installation Base (IB) management: Installation &Warranty (I&W) spending control and maintain IB performance to meet customer's expectation: Host Customer Experience (CXL3) review board
5. Optimize resources and processes to support ramping fabs: Advanced nodes, Specialty, Advanced packaging, Aether & Oversea fabs
Other Job Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 8 years above relevant experience. With semiconductor industry or LAM experience a plus
3. Excellent English communication, presenting and writing
