GA Coordinator

What You’ll Do
Manage all aspects of office including general open areas, equipment, supplies and employee service
Dormitory Lease/Management
- Manage dormitory move-in and move-out processes
- Communicate with employees regarding assignment and management
- Oversee dormitory status and occupancy management
Commuting Bus Operation
- Adjust and manage bus routes and stop locations
- Oversee daily commuting bus operations
Company Cafeteria Operation
- Manage and purchase kitchen facilities and appliances
- Manage snack and coffee stock, including order placement
General Affairs
- Manage and purchase office supplies and office equipment
- Support family events (e.g., bus arrangements, funeral supplies, congratulatory money)
- Support company events and internal activities
Cost Reconciliation
- Process and reconcile expenses related to general affairs, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and service payments
Operation Management
- Support and coordinate the travel logistics for visiting global team members
- Document shredding and disposal
- Mail distribution
The duties and responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may include other tasks as required by the company. The scope of work may be adjusted based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Preferred over 1- 4 years’ experience in GA/accounting
- Experience in SAP (or other ERP system)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skill (Excel)
- Good written and verbal English skill
- Able to drive with a valid driver's license

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
