Job Responsibilities
Provide financial support and expertise to the Company’s Business Units including managing end to end fixed assets budgeting, forecasting, analysis, accounting, reporting and technical support. Work closely with cross functional teams on forecast process.

Preforming monthly/quarterly close processes and activities

Working with Business Partners supporting the Company’s forecast cycles:

Ensuring data integrity thorough research and analysis of variances

Responding to requests/queries from operations, investigate on issues and provide necessary resolution

Initiating and engaging in continuous process improvement
Other Job Responsibilities

Supporting, analyzing, and assisting in the preparation and review of Business Unit annual operating budgets, periodic forecast and analysis

Monitor fixed assets physical audit

Depreciation forecasting
-
Analyzing actual operating results and identifying key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantifying actual results versus forecast

Preparing Business Unit presentations that summarize budget and analysis in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format
Minimum Qualifications
-
Years of Experience: 6+ years of experience in fixed assets accounting, forecasting and budgeting, finance or financial management

Educational qualification: CA Inter/CWA/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance/accounting
Preferred Qualifications
-
Solid budgeting, forecasting & accounting and financial skills

Strong technical abilities including experience with SAP and advance Excel.

Good analytical, organizational, planning and initiation skills

Must be able to work well with people and promote a team environment

Good verbal and written communication skills

Work timings will be overlap with NA for 3-4 hours. Should be open to stretch during Month/Quarter close and Planning cycles and support stakeholders as required.
