Position Responsibilities

  • Must be able to work 4 PM - 1 AM.  This is a 2nd shift position.
  • Liaison between Lam PC, MFG, Supply Chain and Engineering and 3PL warehouse provider serving Fremont and Livermore, CA.
  • Monitor daily warehouse and shipping activities.
  • Ensure SLA’s and customer requirements are met.
  • Troubleshoot problems and process gaps.  Suggest corrective actions and help implement improvements.
  • Coordinate warehouse efficiency projects with warehouse 3PL partner, provide status back to Lam and track progress.
  • Warehouse report follow up.  Aging, OTD, Quality, Variance, etc.  Follow up on the status and clean up activity.
  • Quality.  Coordinate RCCA development with 3PL and validate effectiveness.
  • Remote Manufacturing project tracking and monitor shipment status.
  • OTD reporting for both spares and internal shipments.
  • SAP enhancement development, functional spec writing and coordinating programming logic with developer, testing and implementation follow-up

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field
  • Two or more years of supervisory or manager experience with demonstrated skills in using data to analyze root causes to resolve problems
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop a collaborative team
  • SAP knowledge a plus
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in inventory control management
  • Strong analytical and data reporting skills
  • Willingness to change and lead others through change
