Job Responsibilities

Master Scheduling Project Manager (MSPM)

• Assess customer demand and provide a deliver commitment based on an assessment of supply as well as manufacturing capacity
• Utilizes the following meetings to manage milestone requirements
  - Slotting/MPS Meeting
  - Production Meetings
  - Configuration Review Board Meeting (CRB)
  - Configuration Mgt./Milestone Review CFT Meeting
• Holds weekly Configuration Management/Milestone review CFT meeting

Other Job Responsibilities

• Tracks order per Order Fulfillment and manufacturing milestones
• Resolves issues or follows escalation path
• Slot requests via weekly SRF.
• Configuration changes
• Obtains Field and Sales Ops approval of Ship Deviation Waivers (SDW’s)
• Obtains Field and Sales Ops approval of Planned Back Orders (PBKO’s)
• Notifies Field of SDW or PBKO actual shipments

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working in a Master Scheduling, Order Fulfillment or Material Planning capactiy
• Program/Project management experience
• 4 year college degree
• Strategic thinker and proficient problem solver
