Job Responsibilities

**Please Note:  This is for a Night Shift, Compressed work schedule - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday.  The hours are 6PM to 6AM.

Responsible for allocating labor hours to meet production/test schedule; troubleshoot complicated issues and escalate situations through proper paths; complete employee performance reviews ensuring criteria are met for promotions or terminations. Attend meetings and write correspondence with management, engineers, vendors, customers to meet production goals.

Supervisors apply skills like active listening, writing, personnel coordination, compiling sources of data to decide what action to take to keep to a production schedule. They orchestrate labor and supplies within budgetary considerations to reach full production capacity.

 

Other Job Responsibilities

Specific Job Skills:

  • Develop knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
  • Manage, coach and mentor team members
  • Database software, Microsoft Access/Outlook/Project/SharePoint, Recordkeeping software, Email, SAP, WorkTech MAXIMO, CMMS, Baton, KM Matrix, Share Point, iQMS, QLIKNavigate
  • Access/sort information/organize thoughts/document/keep track of events
  • Run/organize staff meetings utilizing Powerpoint/oral presentation/create own graphs/follow previous formats
  • Provide adequate resources needed for your group, manager your own budget, ensure that support materials are available

 

Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of Associates degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry
  • 0-1 year of previous supervisory experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
