Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director Cybersecurity, the Program manager will actively participate in supporting the GRC strategy to enhance governance, risk and third-party risk management programs aligned to business priorities and supported by authoritative security frameworks.

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Enhance organization-wide governance and risk approach that enables and aligns to business priorities and is supported by concrete policy documentation, risk processes, training, metric measurement
  • Enhance Lam’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program with focus on development and implementation of Governance framework and Operating model and other key lifecycle activities such as risk stratification, due diligence, ongoing monitoring and termination
  • Develop and maintain Security policies, procedures, and standards aligned to NIST CSF and ISO 27001
  • Enhance and maintain Security risk assessment methodology, assessment templates, and supporting procedure activities
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess near and long-term GRC needs
  • Assist with risk identification, analysis, tracking, monitoring, documenting exceptions
  • Perform risk assessment, analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business
  • Plan and manage the implementation of GRC and Security programs
Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT
  • 8+ years of knowledge and practical understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • GRCP, GRCA, CRISC, CISSP professional certifications preferred
Knowledge/Skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written to a variety of audiences (immediate team, management, other business units)
  • Proven knowledge with GRC technologies such as ServiceNow GRC
  • Experience with GRC best practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good understanding of NIST CSF, ISO27001 standards and its role on GRC
  • Experience with managing SOX and ISO 27001 programs preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Semiconductor manufacturing or other relevant high-tech or industrial experience
