Reverse Logistics Program Manager

New College Graduate


Job Description:

Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Supports Lam Spares Reverse Logistics Team with data extraction, reporting and analytics – including data extractions from SAP, SAP HANA and other systems/databases. Assists with Business Process Documentation for Reverse Logistics Team & maintains Key Performance Indicators.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Years of Experience:      1 - 3 years
  • Job Experience:                Minimum 1 years working experience in any of the following areas: Experience

working in a multinational high technology corporation, in operations.

  • Educational:                       Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: Ideally in Operations Research, Industrial

Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis related to Warranty Spend Events Tracking in SAP, Spares Returns Order Processing, Lam’s Reverse Logistics Management System in SAP (RAMS), Lam’s Quality Defect Reporting System (iQMS) and SAP Material Master
  • Day to Day (or Weekly) Activities include, but not limited to, the following:
    • Weekly Warranty Spend Reports – including High $ Events & Trend Analysis
    • Weekly Warranty Recovery Reporting and Tracking w Regional Ops
    • Weekly DIT (Defective In-Transit) Reporting and Tracking w Regional Ops
    • Weekly RAMS Tier 2 KPI Reporting and Tracking w Regional Ops
    • Weekly WW MRB Aging Reporting and Tracking w Regional Ops
    • Daily NCe-RAMS Tracking (for Critical Safety, Critical, High and Medium) w Regional Ops
    • Monthly Repair Exchange Program Write Down Transactions Reporting and Audits
    • Updating Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs for Repair Ops and Reverse Logistics Teams
  • Analyze reports and metrics for deviation from plan, reconcile data variances and use that information to guide the identification of root cause and execution of corrective action activities to deliver system capability and improvement.  Works with Regional Users to understand gaps. Conducts root cause and corrective actions to drive closure to the gaps


Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

  • Proficiency in SAP MM, NCE and Expert level in MS Excel
    • Understanding of MS Access
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability and skill set to analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results
  • High level of customer interfacing skills and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a global team



Desirable Skill:

  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 SD Module, SAP S/4
  • Highly desired proficiency in SQL, VBA, Access and Excel
