Job Responsibilities

 

Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Other Job Responsibilities
  • Follow proper escalation process when Shipments are at risk, and recommend alternatives solutions to resolve the issues or minimize the impact to the customer.
  • Leads cross-functional teams (comprised of Production Control, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Logistics, Master Scheduler Project Manager, and other members as required) to define material impact to committed ship dates.
  • Serves as primary point of contact between Supply Chain, Logistics and Global Operations to define Risk to shipments
  • Analyze the shortages and supply balance to determine the risk to committed ship dates
  • Work within policy guidelines pertaining to Material Delivery Managers.  Observe and follow all stated Material Delivery Managers procedures.
  • Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with respect to Material shortages and shipment Risk.
Minimum Qualification
  • High level proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point and SAP
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to operate independent of day to day supervision
  • Direct experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of industry experience
