The Transfer Program/Project Manager’s responsibility is to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams to successfully transition programs to other Lam and/or contract manufacturing sites. In this role you will align project objectives and success criteria, assess customer impacts, project risks, and develops statement of work. You will track and monitor implementations by ensuring teams understand deliverables and objectives. You will also be responsible that cost targets are aligned to agree upon price set by Lam Research.
- Develop timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges
- Ability to analyze and utilize data in decision making, achievement of business objectives, and driving best quality solutions, practices and policies
- Ability to work on a large set of issues and projects at the same time
- Escalate gaps and unattended risks and issues until resolved
- High level of organizations skills
- Excellent problem solving methods
- Exceptional verbal/ presentation skills
- Skilled in MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Word
- Minimum Experience: 8 + Years applicable experience. Previous experience in the semiconductor equipment industry preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in project management in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing, new product introduction, process/product support technology, mechanical/electrical systems and supply chain sourcing (global)
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, program/project management & operations management
- PMP (Project Management Professional and/or Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) is strongly preferredStrong problem solving, verbal, written communication and decision driving skills
- Experience with industrial / manufacturing process improvements, human factor, organizational behavior, etc.
- Proficiency in utilizing program management tools to effectively manage resources, identify and communicate bottlenecks
- BS/MS degree in a technical or business field listed in (but not limited to) the following: IE, MFE, Eng., MBA, or Business Operational Management.

We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual to be a part of our RF Project/Program Management team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in maintaining our product leadership position by managing programs that help develop new suppliers, transition products and develop systems and processes in alignment with our business needs. The role is highly cross-functional comprising of managing matrixed teams of engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and our suppliers to achieve key milestones and project objectives. It also provides the opportunity of working with the management to influence decision making. This is an individual contributor role but has high visibility and offers career opportunity with exposure to multiple functions within Lam and Lam’s overall business in general.
