Job Responsibilities
The Senior Customer Service Project Manager will drive cross-functional solutions and recurring activities within Global Customer Service Operations, producing synergies between business functions. In addition, this role will lead or support multi-year customer service operation transformation roadmap execution.
- Manage the design, specification, and implementation of enterprise order fulfillment solution focus on spare parts quote to cash cycle related activities targeted to solve system and process related problems for the Global Spares Customer Service organization.
- Acts as a transformational leader to peers, subordinates, and senior management regarding Spares Order fulfillment system and business process capabilities.
- Proactively seek opportunities to identify and implement solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies.
- Develop governance model driving consistency for order fulfillment process, adoption of standards, practices and policy and support Global Customer Service Managers cross eight regions to meet the governance objectives.
- Lead and/or participate in departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a comprehensive solution to a stated business problem or opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Operations, or related discipline.
• Twelve (12) years’ experience in a similar program management or spares operation management role.
• Seven (7) years’ experience working with SAP, SAP SD modules, SAP Sales transactions, and Order Management Project Management.
• In depth understanding and utilization of all Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of management.
• Experience for Case Management solution implementation is preferred.
• Experience for CIM and 24x7 support call center solution implementation is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $101,000- $220,000.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
