Job Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Logistics Digital Transformation, will lead business transformation by re-engineering the business processes inside the Asset Recovery function. Department level activities encompass the purchase of material, material control, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and stores functions. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems. Will assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system, as well as select customized reporting and workflow automation tools.  

Other Job Responsibilities

  • Lead business transformation by re-engineering the business processes to ensure it meets the Global Operation’s strategic objectives and goals.
  • Lead the adoption of industry standard and best practices to support business scalability and significant business growth in the coming years.
  • Help to define problem statements, vision, plan, success criteria, business benefits, and accountability.
  • Seamlessly collaborate and work across multiple teams (internal and external) to implement the solutions.
  • Lead and support changes within Asset Recovery to ensure the effective adoption of the re-engineered processes and systems by the end-user community.
  • Measure transformation results to ensure adherence to the goals. Take appropriate corrective actions or continuous improvement for any deviation.
  • Solve complex problems by bringing thought leadership and influencing.
  • Provide financial analysis/budget support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA or master’s preferred but not required.
  • Fifteen (15) years' experience in operation strong knowledge of operational processes, data, tools, and improvement initiatives including experience in business process reengineering in leading fast-growth companies.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in Return Logistics configuration for SAP, including customized routing solutions.
  • Influenced organizational change by driving partnerships and alignment across cross-functional and inter-enterprise stakeholders.
  • Experience in projects with Lean/Six Sigma and problem-solving methodology.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Proven track record of high-impact project implementations, including 3+ years' experience in business transformation programs.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets for decision support.
  • Able to work with minimal direct guidance or direction.

Salary and Benefits

CA San Francisco Bay Area - Salary Range for this position: $119,000- $255,000.

 

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
