Position Overview:

This position manages for the design, specification and implementation of Order Management and Reverse Logistics related projects to improve the efficiency and accuracy of GSO. Works closely with various stakeholders across multiple functions and regions to provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing new system requirements and business process procedures. 

 

Seeks opportunities to build solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).

 

Leads or participates in departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a comprehensive solution to a stated business problem or opportunity.  Implements medium to large scale projects globally while assuring necessary project buy-in of stakeholders throughout the process to ensure solution effectiveness.  Plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing.

 

Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with stakeholders on solution set.  Organizes and drives interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.  Drives program adoption post-program/project completion to ensure intended benefits are delivered to the company. 

 

Near- and long- term program priorities include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) customer-dedicated, repairable inventory pools that are not shared or intermingled with any other customer (COM-Prime), (b) part-level serialization, (c) part-level extended warranty program, and (d) CRM for Service implementation.   

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong, pro-active communication skills (does not believe there is too much communication)
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executive management
  • Data Literate (the ability to extract and work with data to help formulate and communicate conclusions)
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and complex environment (customers solutions are often unique and complex, and the best, most scalable solutions are difficult to attain)
  • Demonstrates strong skills in leading and managing cross-functional teams. Comfortable taking the lead and able to drive issues to closure
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and convert into actionable plans/requirements
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to take an initiative and run with it with little to no instruction and general instructions on new assignments
  • Empowered to make decisions on functional, process or operational changes
  • Flexibility to change directions and ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks

 

Other requirements:

 

  • Need to be a driver, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Work to obtain knowledge of Lam business processes and its industry competitive landscape
  • Keep current on market technology and applications
  • Travel 1-2 times a year to Asia and India

 

 

 

  

Educational level:

BS or BA degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; Masters is highly desired

Previous experience

7+ years supporting after-market service environment (service labor and/or spare parts)

7+ years of high volume, low dollar transactional business with complex customer solutions

7+ years with large, globally distributed, matrixed organizations

7+ years in Leadership roles, ranging from running either running a function or leading large Projects/Programs

Minimum technical skills required:

7+ years of extensive understanding of large ERP systems, such as SAP

CRM For Service experience is high desirable

3+ years in developing newer technologies emphasizing AI and RPA (Robotic Process Automation); applications like WinShuttle and Esker

7+ years experience with MS Office, especially EXCEL and PowerPoint

Professional certification / licenses:

  • Project Management Institute certification is highly desired
