We are looking for an immediate hire with a start date in February 2020.  This role will be part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.



  • Learn how to read and navigate electronic work instructions and schematics.
  • Use hand tools, torque wrenches, equipment and fixtures to assemble Wafer Fab Equipment
  • Work in teams to ensure workflow and production schedule is maintained
  • Assist with audits through visual inspection and verifying checklists
  • Measure/record temperature, pressure, voltage, resistance, continuity and other measurements using digital multimeters, IR guns and other test equipment
  • Participate in basic projects and troubleshooting under the direction of senior technicians, learn and apply Lean Six Sigma mythologies while also becoming proficient in root cause analysis.


Education and/or Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in associates degree or equivalent certification in electronics, mechanical equipment or related field
  • Experience with electro-mechanical, avionics and/or robotic equipment


Desired Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

  • Able to learn and utilize computer-based data systems including but not limited to:  SAP, Share Point, KRONOS
  • Able to navigate and use Office software — Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Able to operate and use Hand Tools including but not limited to: Calipers, Wrenches, Hoists, digital multi meters, Screwdrivers, Torque wrenches, Ladders/platforms, Snipping tools/cutters
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Capable of working independently and completing assigned tasks
