The Impact You’ll Make

Join Lam as an Administrative Assistant, offering crucial support to executives and managers by handling complex administrative duties and details. You'll excel in collaborating across departments, at all levels, conducting research and data analysis, and preparing reports. Your work is critical and contributes to Lam's efficiency and operational success. In this position, you will be based in our Meylan office and you will supports the performance of the EU Flexible Work force and some French office duties.

What You’ll Do

  • Support to request DowJones check and NDA while engaging or renew contracts with LSP providers, through the legal portal.
  • Support Flexible workforce organization while hiring a new LSP FSE in:
    • Entering in CW portal to request the Lam ID, Request Badge, Request SAP access, Request AVD, Assign mandatory training, Maintain information into the Database for dashboards and Make assistance if windows or SAP accounts locks happen.
  • Support the quotes requests from Vendors, copy all stakeholders in finance, Receiving/reviewing and submit for approval invoices while checking alignment with SAP entries.
  • Support EU certification material preparation prior each monthly review with Fremont, consolidating all information from all EU ATs.
  • Support the 3YMP quarterly review preparation while updating with the latest forecast demand and organization changes. This will include, the 3YMP dashboard model and forecast activities done twice a quarter in prep of the various QXRs.
  • Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplies, equipment, bills (e-invoices). 
  • Point of contact for general support to employees on topics related to the office, SAP, travel tool, lunch orders...
  • General office reception (visitors, suppliers and phone call....).
  • Support day to local local Meylan office organization (meeting, training, lunch order, meeting room set up) and support offices events/visits (hotel reservations, travel information, taxi booking...)
  • May perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Newly graduated or with a 1 - 2 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent level of French is required and excellent spoken and written English
  • Self motivated, able to effectively manage own workload and able to work with initiative and sense of priority

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
