As a Facilities Operations & Services Supervisor at Lam, you will lead the facilities operations team and manages repair and maintenance work assignments for outsourced service providers and contractors.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities

• To be based in KLIA, Sepang (Selangor).
• Lead the facilities operations team and manages repair and maintenance work.
• Perform facilities operations, air conditioning repairs and maintenance, warehouse maintenance, janitorial, and landscaping work. 
• Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities to deliver facilities operational excellence to established service level agreements within budget.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and ensures vendors performance to facilities operations requirements.    
• Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
• Conduct financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.  
• Obtain and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for facility service and small projects. 
• Prepare operating budget and variance reports.  
• Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost centre coding.

Who We’re Looking For

• The ideal candidate must have warehouse operation managing experience. 
• Strong communication, teamwork & leadership skills to manage facilities team and multi-layer contractors. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years facilities management experience in a position with direct management responsibility for the performance of outsourced facility service providers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Strong management and organizational skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
