This is a Key Account Technologist Position in the Deposition Product Group PG  - ALD/CVD Metals Product in Fremont, CA.

Main Key Account Technologist KAT, Key Performance Index KPI is – Account Team AT and Customer trust through responsiveness and delivering per commit. Responsibilities of a KAT include but not limited to:

  • Is the Single Point of Contact SPOC for the AT involving technical and customer management
  • Track commitment and actions
  • Customer program/critical project management
  • Align priorities with the AT and PG team
  • Management of CIP/PTK beta and proliferation strategy
  • Submit customer specific request through Project Intake
  • Owns meetings alignment between AT and PG
  • Attend on site high level meetings, TRM, KSP
  • Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering
  • May be involved in customer escalation management
  • A bridge between all levels in the AT Account GMs, CSOM, and PG
  • May be required to lead a Task Force team when there’s a crisis situation
  • Review, align, approve customer’s specifications


  • Must have experience in the Semiconductor process
  • Solid technical background
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25-30+%
  • BS degree or higher in an Engineering field
