Inventory Planner

Job Responsibilities
Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders. Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprisewide systems.

the planner is responsible for planning and maintaining appropriate levels of spare parts that necessary to support field service demand during tool installation and warranty as well as service commitment requirement to customer. This includes basic scheduling and planning of inventory management and He/She is required to work independently.
The job responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
1-Release spare forecast according to rolling forecast provided by customer
2-Expedite incoming materials process to meet tool move-in schedule and bin fill rate
3-Review and adjust SAP parameter safety stock and reorder point of materials
4- Analyze inventory status, control and optimize inventory level, turns to meet target
5-Involved in root cause and corrective action for all of service failure due to parts shortage
6-Service spares’ material plan and on time deliver to meet field needs and customer purchasing requirement
7-Align/communicate with Centre planning division based in US to perform a good change management in terms of consumption spike
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree or above education
• Excellent analytical skills and statistical analysis capability.
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Microsoft skill are required, excellent in Excel, Access is preference
• Strong & Fluent in written and oral English
• >5 years’ experience in spares demand planning in Semiconductor manufactory or similar
