Sr. Spares Operations Manager


  • Responsible for overall Spares Ops performances at region to meet Lam AOP target.
  • Lead local CS team to coordinate with global CS/Escalation team to ensure meet Lam OTD commitment to customer and shipment target.
  • Manage day to day Spare operations to meet various service level, including cycle time goal; articulate impact on the organization in revenue and costs.
  • Early Involvement with all kinds of new Lam CSBG project development.
  • Local team building and organization development to ensure meet company guidance on each phase of customer ramp-up
  • Create relevant operational reporting to support the business needs with high data accuracy on a weekly basis and communicate in a timely manner.
  • Local support in taking the lead to facilitate the communication and co-ordination on cross functionally issue and business requirement.
  • Strong sense of urgency to take immediate recovery actions and follow-ups
  • Establish good/smooth working relationship with local A/T and field service team to better support I&W

Requirements / Qualifications

  • BS and above
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry with strong spares operational/planning background, interfaces with or manages cross functional teams. logistics/customs knowledge will be the preference.
  • Good vision, analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skill and interaction with people
  • Result oriented, strong in leadership and organization skills.
  • Willing to work under different stress from customer
  • English proficiency in oral and writing  
  • Pleasant personality and easy communication ability
  • Strong skillset on Microsoft Office ( Excel. PPT, Access….)
