The Impact You’ll Make

The incumbent is responsible to provide end-to-end HR support to Line Managers and local HR in performing a variety of transactional requests spanning across the different HR activities – Staffing, Benefits & Leave Administration, Learning & Development and Program Operations. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes. Partner the local HRSS Lead to re-engineer existing processes to streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency. A key focus of the incumbent is to deliver consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Partner with business functions as an expert on HR policies and processes.
  • Provide support and advice to all users on HRIS (Employee Connect). Administering the employee lifecycle transactions including but not limited to hire, personal and organization data changes, transfer and leavers processes. Auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Full employee life cycle management, managing the entire onboarding and offboarding process. This includes the pre-hire logistics support, preparation of the New Hire Getting Started Guide, receiving and welcoming the new hires on Day 1 and co-ordinating New Employee Orientation.
  • Benefits and Leave enrollment and administration, including ensuring accurate and correct employee benefits information in the third-party system by Boardroom.
  • Employee insurance enrollment and administration, including claim processing.
  • Partner with payroll team to provide monthly inputs for payroll processing.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes. Partner the local HRSS lead to re-engineer existing processes to streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
  • HR reporting and analysis derived from varying data sources.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor in Business administration or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience handling full spectrum of HR activities
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 
  • Strong understanding of local legislation
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors will be an advantage
  • Is a team player with good communication and interpersonal relations skill
  • Independent and is meticulous with good organizing skill
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Work well under pressure and is able to meet tight deadline

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
