The Impact You’ll Make
Responsible for managing Global Account Team (GAT) sales activities developing and executing to market strategies and account penetration plans to gain and defend market share and increase gross margin and profitability levels for Micron GAT. The incumbent is also responsible for meeting revenue commits (QxR), building customer trust and managing executive (internal & external) meetings & aligning global strategies & executions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop long term strategies and short-term tactics according to major and critical penetration businesses and projects
- Align across all sites North America, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan on account / sales strategies to support of corporate objectives
- Meet or exceed expected Region sales revenue, market share, profitability and expectations. (both system and CSBG Upg only business). Accountable to forecast and meet quarterly commitments and AOP objectives
- Maintain 100% of installed base market share and realize positive yearly gains in other applications of established products. Obtain orders for new products and meet M/S gain expectations.
- Build an effective support team (BDSO, Finance, PG etc) and manage the successful site operation. This includes strategic sales plans, customer trust, team building, and team focus upon meeting financial expectations.
- Establish and build customer relations and business partnering
- Serve as the primary Lam Global Sales person regarding Etch / Clean / Deposition/ Metryx product or any other Lam related enquires, handling appropriate paperwork to respond back to customer
- Lam single point of contact to Global Procurement for all sales related activities/escalation
- Align GAT with the proper strategies through:
- VPA negotiation
- Priority tools pull in
- Revenue forecasting
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 years of related semiconductor experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Lam’s Products
- Familiarity with Lam’s internal Management Systems (CRM) including financial / P&L model will be an advantage
- Account management know-how including excellent people management and strategic customer relationship building skills
- Possesses strong inter-personal and communications skills
- Commands good oral and written English
- Independent worker and make decisions within the assigned area of responsibility
- Possesses good analytical and problem solving skills

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
